1. Acceptable Content & Moderation

MalkyLab Studio includes automated safety filters. Users may not generate content containing abusive materials, adult/hate references, copyright infringements, or software exploitation keywords. Violations will result in immediate plan suspension and credit forfeiture.

2. API Rate Limiting

Standard usage limits are applied across all plans to protect system integrity:

• API Request Limit: 60 queries per minute.
• Renders Limit: 10 compilations per hour.

3. Third Party Disclaimers

Stock video results are governed by their respective licenses (Pexels License, Pixabay License, Unsplash License, or Wikimedia CC). You must ensure proper attributions are displayed where required by the license metadata.
